Gauahar Khan reveals she had a crush on Shibani Dandekar’s husband Farhan Akhtar | Hindi Movie News

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar first met on a 2015 reality show, ‘I Can Do That’. The show hosted by Faran had Shibani Dandekar as one of the contestants. While it is said that sparks flew between the now married couple on the show, apparently several other contestants had a huge crush on the ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ director. In a recent interaction, Gauahar Khan, who was also a contestant on the show, confessed that she too had a crush on Farhan.

Speaking to HT, Gauahar revealed that they were all crushing on Farhan at that time. “We were all smitten by him, including Shibani and I. I remember we used to talk about how good-looking he was or how amazing a person he was,” she was quoted saying.

Meanwhile, Shibani, who has been head over heels in love with Farhan, is over the moon since their wedding. Their social media accounts are flooded with pictures and in the latest set of photoshoot pictures, Shibani is flaunting her wedding date tattoo in Roman numerical XXI-II-XXII. In August 2021, Shibani had also tattooed Farhan’s name on her neck. She also made it Insta official after her wedding as she added last name Akhtar, and also added MRS AKHTAR in her bio.

The newlyweds are having the time of their life and attending post wedding parties and lunches at their family and friends’ residence. Yesterday they spent the afternoon at Farah Khan’s who hosted a luncheon for the couple and their family. Taking to Instagram Story, Shibani thanked Farah for hosting a luncheon for the couple. “Had the best time! So much love and madness in one room..thank you, Farah. Love you so much,” she wrote alongside an image featuring Farah’s house decorated with balloons having Farhan and Shibani’s initials printed on them.
