On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share the first picture of her newborn daughter. In the picture, she can be seen holding the munchkin in her arms while her husband Nick Jonas is looking at the little one. The actress decided not to reveal the face to the world and added a heart emoji on the baby’s face.

Reportedly, the couple has named their daughter Malti Maria Chopra Jonas and going by the caption, it seems like the couple confirmed the same as they called their baby MM.

Priyanka wrote a long note along with the picture. She concluded it by saying, “Our next chapter begins now, and our baby is truly a badass. Let’s get it MM! Mommy and Daddy love you. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers and caretakers in my life and out there. You make it look so easy. Thank you. Also… there is no one I’d rather do this with than you. Thank you for making me a mama @nickjonas I love you ❤️”

Nick also shared the same picture along with a lengthy note. He concluded his caption, “Babe, you inspire me and every way, and you are taking to this new role with such ease and steadiness. I am so grateful to be on this journey with you. You are already an incredible mother. Happy Mother’s Day. I love you.”

The couple in their post also talked about the challenges they went through after welcoming the baby since she was in NICU. The actress thanked the doctor and nurses for helping them during that phase.
