Realme UI 3.0 Early Access Program opens for Realme X50 Pro 5G

Realme has started recruiting Realme X50 Pro 5G users to try out the new Realme UI 3.0 skin based on Android 12. Earlier this month, Realme had updated the roadmap of Realme UI 3.0. And the timeline reveals the Realme X50 Pro name for January. The company has fulfilled its promise, now you can participate in the early access program and taste the new features of Android 12-centric Realme UI 3.0. Realme X50 Pro 5G is a two-year-old phone announced with Android 10 OS, later it received Realme UI 2.0 with Android 11 OS. Now its a time for the second big update – the Realme UI 3.0 update. As always, Realme shared the program details through its community forum. The company mentions that your phone needs to be running on the RMX2076PUNV1B_11.C.23 software version. If your phone is running on the older version update it to the C.23 version.
This time, Realme also shares the rollback file, as this is a closed beta build, you may encounter some bugs, so you can roll back to the previous version using the rollback file. Talking about the features, then Realme UI 3.0 comes with a stack of new goodies, including an all-new widget system, dynamic theming, 3D icons, Omoji, AOD 2.0, new privacy controls, refreshed user interface, PC connect, and more. Now let’s take a look on how to participate in an early access program.
Before participating the closed beta program, take a backup of important data to prevent data loss, make sure that your phone is charged at least 60%, and make sure it is not rooted.
- Head over to the Settings on your Realme 8.
- Then go to Software Update and tap on the Settings icon present in the top right corner.
- Next select Trial Versions > Early Access > Apply Now and submit your details.
- That’s it.
As mentioned earlier, the application will be accepted in different batches, if your application got approved, then you’ll receive the update via special OTA.
